Wow what a service! I’ve recently fallen on hard times and stopped in to get the veterans free oil change on Veterans Day. Rodger and Tyler were so very kind and amazing. They found several other things that needed some serious help, but that could easily fix for me. What a blessing! These guys, and their team, are quick and thorough. Thanks guys and thank you Jiffy Lube. I’ll be sleeping easier tonight knowing my truck is good to go for work tomorrow. Blessings on you all!

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I was quoted $85 for an oil change and had a $25 off coupon, but I was charged $100. On top of that, the staff was rude and talked down to me about my car, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. There was also an unprofessional personal conversation happening in the bay with someone who wasn’t even getting service, which felt inappropriate while I was paying customer. Overall, poor communication, unexpected charges, and unprofessional behavior. I won’t be returning to this location.

The team at Jiffy Lube in Mcmminnville, Oregon was absolutely wonderful and courteous when I needed the extra help with my air filters I was helped considerably I believe by Gary, with being retired finances are slim, and he was able to find coupons that made it doable for me. I so appreciated the help.

I have received great service at this location. This time Tyler and Randy saw my tire pressure was low. They checked my tire and patched it. So now I can confidently drive my car. I will definitely return to this location soon.

I was bought a 3 pack of oil changes for my 91 Dodge Dakota as a gift and was accidentally bought synthetic instead of conventional oil. This jiffy lube wouldn't let me redeem the prepaid oil change for conventional oil because the coupon says synthetic. Which makes no sense because conventional oil is cheaper. So now I'm stuck with a 3 pack of oil changes I can't use. I asked the technician working why he couldn't redeem it for conventional oil instead and he replied "I just can't do it". Yeah...... Okay Bud.
