I had the best experience here. I live in cedar lake and stopped here and received the best service from the gentleman here. They checked my lights something I’ve never had done in the years me frequenting another jiffy locations. They even checked all my filters. They made a new customer for life today thank you. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and the speed it was completed. Remaining in your car is comfortable and the manager was readily available when I had questions and expressed my appreciation. It was clear all the staff new the process and followed a clear outline. I usually change my own oil, but I was on the road. But id trust this crew with my cars again. Great work

Service was very good. Service attendant was nice and courteous, offering me water and explaining about the three oil packages, the coolant and showing me my air filter. Received my discount without asking, all of the services I have come to expect from Jiffy Lube.

I went in for an oil change & to get fluids topped off. I was told they can fill transmission fluids. Very disappointing because I decided to stop there instead of going to the surrounding places that check ALLL fluids. At least the guy Jamari helping me had good customer service. Probably won't go back tho.
