Jiffy Lube Multicare

I don't understand how such a large company can make so many mistakes. They changed the oil in my perfectly functioning Volkswagen Touareg. Shortly after the oil change, the engine seized while driving. I had the car towed to a service center and they told me it was due to the engine oil and that the engine was irreparable due to the use of the wrong, faulty, or unsuitable oil. I explained the situation to this company and they said they would inspect the vehicle. The employees who went to inspect the car took the keys from the service center, did the inspection, but didn't lock the car, and a thief broke in and stole about $500 worth of goods. They asked for a service report confirming the oil-related damage, which I provided, and 20 days later they said they would not accept any financia

Sad that the one on Stillman closed, but thrilled that the people that took care of me are here! When u need friendly, fast service, my favorite jiffy lube people. They are professional, well versed on what is needed, and continue to give great customer service 👍

I was the first person in line at 10am, was told it could take up to 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I went out and asked if there was an issue and they replied back acting like this was totally normal and asked why I thought there was an issue. They then told it could be another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I went out again and they were rude to me in response as if I was being unreasonable. I said I have been here over an hour and need to leave asap. Hour and a half total for an oil change. No one was apologetic, just seemed like their normal working time to them. Do not go to this location there is a Midas across the street

My tire has a minor leak, so I wanted to get it checked and possibly changed. I parked around back, and was greeted by seemingly most of the staff, who were sitting on the curb and reeked of Marijuana at 12:30pm. I told them I wanted my tire checked/changed, and they said they had no tire technicians, and told me to go to Midas. I'm a smoker myself, but at noon, working at an auto repair shop? Beyond unprofessional. And if you can't handle a tire change, how adept of a mechanic can you really be? 1 star is generous. I will not be returning, unless they tear it down and put a sandwich shop with better employees there.

Customer service was lacking. I came in for a quick oil change. The two different employees I talked to were not very kind. They did very poorly with giving instructions. I feel like they were saying 50% of the words that they should have been. For example, “Please put your car in park and leave the keys in the ignition so we can take care of this for you.” was actually, “put it in park. Come inside. Did you even leave the keys in there?” This made me feel unnecessarily confused and thrown around.
