Jiffy Lube

My oil change service was quick, friendly, and very professional. This is my go-to store to make sure I get what I need for my car to keep going everyday. The young lady who waited on me was knowledgeable and extremely courteous. It made my visit there feel as though I was truly a customer being treated like royalty. TOP NOTCH! I highly recommend this store!

My sister and I recently took our brother's car to this Jiffy Lube where I believe we were charged an exorbitant amount for a simple oil change and new filter. We paid $160.67 for what should normally cost between $70-$90. We were paying for this to help our brother, and I feel that we were taken advantage of because of the situation. I would like to add that Jason Johnson, District Manager, reached out to me after reading my review. He was most understanding of my concern and explained to my satisfaction that these costs were not out of the ordinary. I will add that the manager of this Jiffy Lube was kind enough to give me 25% off my next oil change. I appreciate his effort to appease me.

The entire team were very pleasant and the Manager Brian was very informative with a very courteous demeanor. Excellent customer service with an awesome customer support system. Great job guys!

*Rating upgraded based on business's response*I will happily change my rating if I can get this answer from the owner... does jiffy lube no longer vacuum your car as a complimentary service anymore? The last 2 visits, the answer appears to be no. My prior 5 visits, they did. Inquiring minds on social media would love to know concretely.
