Jiffy Lube

I come here all the time because how comfortable the workers make me and how fast it is! I usually stay in the car with my son, but they really take the time to explain things and always so friendly. To me, that's a big factor because I've been to places where they didn't care enough to explain or ask me how my day was. Devon has always been a filmair face and my go to when I have any questions. Nick was also very helpful!

I had a great experience with Alex and Jay. They were fast and patient with my lack of knowledge about cars and guided me through the whole process and even gave me a coupon to make sure I got what I needed taken care of. They got a customer for life out of me!

This crew was fantastic! They got me in quickly for my oil change, help me diagnose the battery problem and get my battery changed out. It was no easy feat as the battery is located in a ridiculous spot in the backseat, but they made it happen got me back on the road so I appreciate everything they did. They were social friendly And happy to help. They even took the time to make sure I was aware of the top off program. We will definitely continue to use Jiffy Lube.

I called ahead in regards to getting my lights changed out. They mentioned there would be a charge, which i was fine with. What they didn't say was that it would be almost $200 for labor since I brought the bulbs to make it easier. I won't be going back for any service after that experience.

Outstanding customer service was provided by Devon A, Nicola T, and Sophia C when it came to getting my oil change and ensured my needs were met in under 15 minutes!!! I would definitely recommend anyone to get there oil change here.
