Not only did Enzo provide excellent customer service, he fixed my car! All jokes aside, I experienced some of the best customer service on this island. The problem was diagnosed with my car and the shop went out of their way to make sure it'll get fixed by end of day. I'll be coming back here in the future and to pet enzo!

***SERVICE DOG OWNERS BEWARE*** This shop has a beautiful Mastiff that hangs out inside, but he is NOT dog friendly at all. The post is no longer on this page, but the shop owner originally stated that if you have a service dog to “please let us know ahead of time so we can put Enzo away before you come in the door.” A dog aggressive PET does NOT come before a working service dog even if you are the shop owner. Calling ahead of time so you can put your aggressive dog away is absurd when you have a sign on your front door stating “service dogs welcome”. Instead of forcing service dog owners who have a right to be there to accommodate YOUR aggressive dog maybe you should just leave your dog at home if it can’t behave around animals that have a right to be there.

I was referred to Pioneer Automotive because they work in Subarus. I brought my 2021 Subaru in because it had stopped running while my wife was driving to Oak Harbor. They took the car in right away and ran diagnostics on the car and test drove it. When they could find no problems they didn’t charge me for the test. When I went out to pick up my car, they had washed it even though they didn’t charge me a dime! We have had no problem with the car since then. I believe it was a temporary problem with the adaptive cruise control having to slow down too fast. Thank you Pioneer Automotive
