The staff were very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Their customer service was outstanding. I liked that they explained things to me in a way I could understand. They also didn't try to oversell or push other services on me. They treated my boyfriend and I with respect while we were there. In addition, they were very thorough and quick with the oil change. They also have coupons, which is nice.

Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer questions and explain things. They don't pressure you to get things when you can't afford it and will give you all the information you need to be ready to get it when you can. You've got an awesome crew at the Oak Harbor WA location they work hard, have fun and go the extra mile.

Grey and Esteban work great! This is my second time coming to this location and I’m thrilled with the service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They communicated all their recommendations appropriately without being pushy on the selling. I’ll be back again in three months.!

I took my GMC Sierra in for an oil change and the service was world class. Duncan explained all the work that was recommended at my current mileage so I could pick the best route for me. The whole experience was quick and very pleasant.
