I can’t say enough good things about this place! Every other place I’ve ever gone to take forever. But NOT HERE ! 20 mins for a oil change, they come right up to my car as soon as I pull in. CHRIS is amazing! Something was broke in my car no other place could tell me what it was till him. He got the part and fixed it for me! Now my car is good as new. I will be taking it back for brakes and tires !! And refer everyone I know to come here!!! AMAZING!!!!!!

As a girl, it’s already stressful enough going to the mechanic, not knowing anything about cars. This place doesn’t make it any better. Every time I go for an oil change and ask them not to touch anything else, they always still take out some kind of vent and tell me it’s dirty even though they just changed it last time. I just got my wipers changed somewhere else and they told me I need new ones of those??? They’re actually a bunch of scammers and I will never be going back here. Do not tell me it’s “policy” to take things out of my car that I told you not to touch. On top of that, they’ll pull the “well now we can’t put this vent back in but we’ll try”. While doing the oil change a part was broken and also stuck. Not only was everyone honest and willing to replace said part with an upgraded version free of charge the communication during the process was impeccable. From the mechanics to the front desk I was made aware of the situation every few minutes and was also offered a ride home so I didn't have to wait in the shop. Excellent customer service!

Left Long Island yesterday afternoon to start my drive back down to Florida. I completely forgot to get my oil changed before I left so I checked my route and I was close to sayerville NJ. I went in and got my oil changed when the tech tells me I had a crack in my serpentine belt. Since I was about to be driving 17 plus hours I knew this needed to be taken care of right away. I started stressing out immediately because it was already late in the day almost 4pm, and I didn’t know anyone around the area i was in. I started calling around to a few shops, thankfully I called jiffy lube , and explained the situation, they were nice enough to get me right in immediately, and got to working on the car right away.
