Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I went here today and they messed up my vehicle. I went for a tune up. They changed the spark plugs then came in and asked me I have had any problems with it shaking or misfire because it is shaking and I said no. They said ok maybe those were just bad spark plugs and changed them again. They came back inside and asked me the same thing and I said no. The only issue I had was when I put gas in it it shakes at first and then is fine. They said oh its probably bad gas. They asked when I put gas in it I said 4 days ago. They said yeah its probably bad gas we are going to put the original spark plugs back on and we aren't going to charge you because we don't want to charge you for that problem when that wasn't the problem. So they put the original plugs back on. They came back in and said that

Got an oil change and new starter...manager and mechanics employees were all so helpful and wonderful attitudes. As a woman, I did not feel intimidated by any suggestions they had. I really did feel in good hands.

All employees and Management were all so nice and kind. They all wore their happy 😁😊 Smiles. Building was clean The experience was 😃👍 Great

I had a pretty good experience here. They took good care of me and were quick and professional. My dad always complains that the oil changes here are too high, however my take is I pay the extra for consistency, professionalism, and courtesy.

If I could give half a star I would. Employees attitudes are shitty. And I bring my own Mobil 1 oil filter and oil for a new Corvette and use to charge $25. Then $39.99 / $49.00 then $59.00 then today $69.00 to drop oil screw on a new filter and pour in my own oil. And they sell the oil.. Never again! 25 yr customer spend my $$ somewhere else.
