Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I had an oil change at jiffy lube and had the worst service . I usually go to Jiffy lube in Kingsland and get remarkable service and they many different items on your car and inform of what service they have. In Athens Richard asked us what we wanted and said an oil change. The oil change took less than ten minutes and then he asked me to step into the show room to pay. Usually they go over over the work and tell what was good and what you might need but here he just gave the receipt and said okay thanks. It came to $124 dollars minus a $20 discount. At the oil changes in Kingsland it always has been right around $75.. When I got back to the house I looked on the receipt . It showed inspections that were completed and were okay but during the oil none of these inspection I observed them

Grabbed an oil change for my older girl. Have to maintain so she doesnt breakdown on me. The service techs were professional and quick to service my car. Manager Richard offered tire rotation for my ride which I declined and I was offered an air filter replacement by another worker Reno. Great guys. They try to stay up to date on their skills. Will return for next oil change and maybe a tire rotation. Great shop. Great people.

Took my car to get my oil changed today. Everything ran fine with my car and the only service I was getting was an oil change. After paying and cranking my car to leave I noticed all of my lights including my check engine light was on and my whole car was violently shaking. Since I knew it was not like this before I got out and went to find someone to let them know only to discover that everyone had disappeared. Likely due to whoever drove it off the deck knowing he messed something up. I found someone hiding in a back room and told him about what was going on. He proceeded to gaslight me. Saying things like “well the oil is good” while my whole engine shook and misfired in front of us. I asked him who all touched my car he refused to tell me. He refused to admit they messed my car up he r

I went to get my oil changed somewhere else in town today and they told me that the last time I had it changed, which was at this jiffy lube, they had over tightened my filter so much that they were not able to replace it without risking doing damage to the car. They told me I’ll have to now take my car to the dealership as they’ll be the only ones equipped to fix the issue jiffy lube has caused my car.

We had a great experience, both my husband and I both received oil changes, everyone was pleasant and helpful, also fast service
