Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I was very pleased with my recent visit to Jiffy Lube on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. The mechanics paid attention to all points for necessary maintenance. I was impressed with the fact that they answered all my questions without hesitation. I will definitely go back again and recommend them highly.

Came in for an oil change and was welcomed with genuine hospitality and enthusiasm. Pablo was super helpful about letting me know how much my oil change would be and let me know upon getting under the hood that my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. -not in a pushy trying to pressure me to do another service kind of way in an informative way. So I will be back to get that done soon!

This was my first time at this location, and first time at a Jiffy Lube in years. Devon was wonderful. Took him and his team less than 10 minutes to change the oil, I was in and out. I was a little surprised at the cost, over $90 for synthetic oil and filter change. It’s about half that price at the dealership. I guess the trade-off, though, is that I was in and out vs. having to sit and wait for 2 hours, which is what I usually have to do at the dealership.

Devon was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of my 2007 Ford Ranger. Alonso was friendly and helpful to me. I am a senior citizen and the 3 men helped me I will be back cuz I need a few more services to my truck. Ty staff at jiffy lube. You are the best. ***********((***********20 STARS

Great service from Devon. Only issue is the price. An oil change does not cost $105 (with tax). When I asked why it was so high I was told it was because I get synthetic oil. But I pulled a receipt from 2024 from express oil change, same oil, $54.91. Then they said oh well that was 2024. I said well Marietta auto fix charges $65 as of last Tuesday, I’m just not able to get there when they are open. No response on that point. I won’t be back because this seems like convenience charging. But again, good service.
