My recent visit to Jiffy Lube for an oil change was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the customer service team went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, comfortable and valued. Their professionalism was evident but what truly stood out was their genuine care and attention to detail. This is the worst, most unprofessional location! If I could 0 stars I would. I went to get an oil change, and I learned the hard way that my service was not done properly. My oil filter and drain plug were not tightened and neither was my engine splash shield, which caused the shield to come a loose and drag as I drove, and now it is completely damaged. I could not drive my car back to the location, so I had to go to the nearest auto body shop, and that is how I found out all of these issues. I went to get my oil changed on a Saturday and by Tuesday I only had 1 quart of oil left. The service is always quick, professional, and reliable, and I leave confident that my car is well taken care of. What really makes the difference is the customer service—especially from Khadijah. She always goes above and beyond, making sure everything is explained clearly and handled with care. Her professionalism and friendly attitude make every visit pleasant.
