Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Went in for oil change the other week and asked about brake fluid and air filters as well. They told me the brake fluid was changed on one of my last visits and that the air filters still looked good. I really appreciate the transparency and honesty instead of just doing the service to make extra money. Service itself was fast and both of the people that helped were professional and friendly.

It was our first time visiting Jiffy Lube and we had a great experience at this Kent location! Team members were polite, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about the care of our vehicle. Will definitely come back!

It was great. Went to get the oil changed and the two mechanic's, Casey and Aaron, were nice and even gave us the option of changing the filter and not just doing it without telling us. Would recommend.

They showed me a filthy cabin filter that was not from my car and claimed I needed to pay for a 50 dollar replacement. I declined. Then they told me they could no longer change my oil because they didn't have the expertise to remove cartridge type oil filters.
