Jiffy Lube Oil Change

⭐ 1 Star – Read This Before You Come Here If you care about being treated fairly, DO NOT come to this Jiffy Lube on Hwy 6 in Missouri City. I pulled up at 5:20 PM for a Texas State Inspection. They close at 6 PM, so there were still 40 minutes left. I politely asked for service and was immediately turned away with no real explanation. Here’s where it gets crazy. I stayed nearby, and within minutes another customer came in asking for the SAME inspection. This woman, who was white, was immediately accepted and helped. I quietly walked up and literally overheard the employees agreeing to take her vehicle after they had just refused mine. Same service. Same time. Completely different treatment. Carey, Star and Joseph were awesome! They were very helpful, polite and took care of my oil change quickly. I appreciated their professionalism and kind disposition; it made for an enjoyable experience.

The staff here were great! So polite and not pushy to make me get things I didn’t need on my vehicle. I was in and out which was amazing because I definitely expected to be there much longer. Highly recommend them.

This location truly is one of the best examples of a team working together with utmost respect not only for the customer but for each other. Their performance was the epitome of efficiency and accurate production/results I haven't seen in such a long time. I will be bringing all my vehicles here for future oil changes.
