Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

It was my first time going to this particular Jiffy Lube once I first arrived. They were very tentative. They care to my needs and management was phenomenal. That advise me on future services and we’re very courteous. I would recommend Jiffy Lube king of pressure to anyone who’s nearby.

Jiffy Lube KOP is always friendly, reliable and quick. I work nearby and usually drop my car off and walk the 2 minutes to work and wait for the call that it’s ready. I’m always shocked at how quickly it’s done. Plus I often receive coupons in the mail or find them online, gotta love saving a couple bucks! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at the King of Prussia Jiffy Lube thanks to CJ! From the moment I arrived, CJ was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my car got the best care. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure I understood what was being done. The whole process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find someone who truly takes pride in their work and values great customer service. I wish I had better things to say, especially with all of the positive reviews. But my experience here was not too good. Their entire premise is that you are promised a quick oil change, and they assured me that it would be about 15-20 minutes per car. Unfortunately, my service took about an hour and a half, even with only one (maybe two) cars ahead of me. They also try to point out things wrong with your car so that they can charge you more money. For me, they did this by literally taking my air filter out, slapping it on the counter and telling me that it needed to be replaced. I don't mind being told that something else could benefit from a change, but don't take pieces out of my car without telling me first. Especially when I tell you that I'm only here to get my oil changed. It also

I had a great experience at this shop. I pulled in with a flat tire(i noticed that after i parked it) and CJ just said i will take care of you. And he put on my spare and sent me on my way. He got my out of a tight spot and was able to make my way home. Thank you CJ again.
