Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

Took my vehicle in for a routine emissions test, and to inquire about reattaching a plastic weatherguard to the bottom of my vehicle. Jackson assisted with my service, and immediately upsold me on my brake pads AND rotors. I had never been upsold a rotor before so I inspected them and didn’t see anything visibly damaged or urgent. I declined the rotor replacement and Jackson informed me if I decline the rotor it will void any warranty associated with my brakes. I told Jackson I will agree to this in good faith if he reattaches the protective guard to my car. After 3 hours I tired of waiting, grabbed some lunch, and returned. Upon returning, I notice my vehicle waiting in the lot with the plastic guard still in the back seat. Jackson then explained he was unable to attach the guard. However

Not happy!! Usually it takes 15 minutes to get an oil change at this location that I been going to for a while. I waited an hour before my car got serviced. As they were finishing they recommended a 150,000 mile service that said would take 10 more minutes. It took another hour. My total time at this location was 2.5 hours. Never taking recommendations again. My TIME NIT VALUED at all!!! Horrible Experience!!!

im a mechanic myself. went to jiffy lube as a disguise.. workers suck. they lied to me. overpriced. they said they could help me with my emissions test. they even said “it not a problem we can fix it” turns out they left a tool n cut one of my wires 0/10 not worth it. BRUHH.

All I asked was for my back brakes to be changed and an emissions test. So why are they in the engine messing around. Trying to up sell me more on other stuff I didn’t ask about. They charge expensive prices as it is. They also took too long. Over 2 hours when I ask for 2 simple thing to be done but instead they tried to find other things to charge me so they can rob me cause there prices are too expensive.

Great customer service. Staff was very efficient and quick. No wait, from the time I got there to completion was probably around 20 minutes top. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality customer service and efficiency.
