Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I do not use Jiffy Lube for any actual car maintenance, but being in a time crunch for renewals, I brought my BMW to Jiffy Lube for a simple state inspection, expecting a routine experience. Instead, I witnessed an alarming lack of respect for my vehicle. After completing the inspection, the staff allowed an employee - who clearly did not know how to operate a manual transmission - to attempt driving my car out of the bay. Rather than assigning someone qualified, other employees stood outside the vehicle shouting instructions through the window on how to operate the car. I visited Jiffy Lube today for a car inspection and had the pleasure of meeting Deana, one of the managers. She was extremely professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. The service was honest and thorough, which really stood out. I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for genuine and excellent customer service.

Not done in a "jiffy." Simple oil change took an hour to do. Should've gone to Take 5 instead. Next time I won't care about a coupon which didn't really make a difference anyway. At least at Take 5 I know the kind of service I get—quicker and good customer service. Folks here are rude and their team members don't communicate well with eachother. 3 different people had no idea what my car needed after asking me the same damn question over and over again. I had to repeat myself multiple times. l was polite and kind, but not impressed. Overpriced and underpeforming.

I have used this Jiffy Lube for several years and each time, I have been impressed with their friendliness, respect, and taking good care of my car. I have found them to be very honest managing personal identifiable information. I will use this Jiffy Lube again.

Great customer service and fast service. Went today for my state inspection and they took care of it super fast. They recommended some aur filters changes and the price was good.
