Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Worst service ever!! Went in for a routine oil change, no issues or leaks prior to it coming up there. They pull my car in the bay..only to return moments later, handed my daughter a broken oil plug..instructing her the previous company broke the plug and to take it back to them?!!! What??? It wasn’t broken to it coming up there, now my car is leaking oil! 11 days later, my car is still up there!!! Trying to give them a chance to rectify what they broke! Only to hear days later “there’s nothing they can do” but you all broke it! Conflicting stories from the manager stating it came in loose…the from the area manager that it came in too tight…mind you he wasn’t there until a week after it happened! Why the conflicting stories if it was broken prior to it coming? Again no issues ever with my

They play games with the price when you tell them you have a coupon.bi initially asked for a recommendation rather getting the basic cheap one. I asked what the price was and told it was $85. Now when I get to pay they say it was an extra $10 for supplies. Okay so why wasn’t that initially disclosed when I asked? Who the heck does business this way? I really can’t stand being told it’s one price and then when it’s time to pay it’s another. That’s NOT how you do business. Needless to say I won’t be doing business here moving forward, and will make the further drive to Precision Auto Care. The gentleman at the end cleaned it up a bit by filling my air with tire. I will definitely be coming back to Jiffy Lube in Stockbridge. The guys in there are very nice and explained everything that I needed to know. Gave recommendations on what else I should do to my car maintenance wise. And the process was extremely fast. Thank you so much guys (sorry I didn't get your names)!

I had a great experience! All of the mechanics were attentive and considerate. The manager, Daniel was helpful and courteous. I will be making this my home for oil changes and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you again gentleman.
