Jiffy Lube Oil Change

This place is awesome I really like how respectful, informative & nice everyone is there. Jess did a great job with my brakes & rotor change.

I had an AMAZING experience at this Jiffy Lube. As soon as I pulled in, I was immediately assisted and given clear, helpful information about the service. When I went inside, the lobby was clean and warm- which I really appreciated since it was about 42 degrees outside 😅. While I waited, one of the staff members came in to explain a few things my car was overdue for. She took the time to walk me through all my options without pressure and made sure I felt comfortable with the decisions I was making. As a woman, I’m often wary when it comes to getting car maintenance done, but this location and its entire staff made me feel respected, informed, and confident. Great service, great quality, and a great price. I’ll definitely be back!

We love the service we get at Jiffy Lube here in Waxahachie. The short haired female, sorry we didn’t get her name is phenomenal. She knows her stuff!!! She makes us feel so comfortable with the services we got!! She’s an asset!

I went for an oil change and every staff was attentive. Jess displays great customer service and communication skills about everything they did! Her crew was AWESOME! T, Kylie, and the guy with the beautiful hair💕

From the beginning I met Justin and I explained to him my situation. I had an oil changed done two days prior, but they overfilled my oil level. Justin went to Jess and they said they would drain a couple of quarts, but Kellie the technician stated that the oil looked too dirty to have been recently changed. They decided that the best thing was to just give me a completely new oil change. I travel a lot, but I know whenever I'm in the area I'm definitely returning.
