The Provo Jiffy Lube was clean, well organized and friendly. Gabriel did a great job welcoming me to the shop and explaining everything to me. I was in and out in good time. They provided an emission test and On the Spot registration.
Today I went and bought a new battery and wipers at AutoZone and then went to get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. I was informed that my wipers were showing some wear and tare and asked if I wanted new ones. I informed them I literally just replaced them 10 minutes ago. Then I was told that the battery had some corrosion and asked if I wanted to clean the terminals. I again informed them that I just replaced the batter 10 mins ago. Then they said all of my brake lights were working. Actually one was burnt out and they missed it. Did they even inspect my truck? That was 3 strikes for me. If you do an inspection be honest and do an inspection. I finished and paid, but I want to trust those who are working on my vehicle especially when it comes to changing oil.
Every fall I get air put in my tires. I love that they do it for free! This time, I also asked them to put in washer fluid and they did that too. Such great service and Matthew and Gabe were really nice!
Ben rocks. He just helped me with my tires, and talk to me frankly, and really gave me time and patience. Honestly 10 out of 10 thank you Ben.
The gentleman workers at jiffy lube on North University are the most thoughtful and honest people. I've been 3 times with questions regarding spark plugs and coils and car registration wavior. They walked me thru what I should do. Then I went for a second opinion. Went back to Jiffy lube and they confirmed my suspicion towards another car place estimate. They said they could not fix cadyalic converter and advised me to be careful, as some places aren't honest. I had the run around for 3 weeks. I finally went to the state emissions. Where Chris diagnosed correctly and gave me referrals. I'm very impressed with Jiffy lube and state emissions.4/4/2022 I went back to Jiffy Lube today to get going on my car registration .
