I went to Jiffy lube for my 1st oil change. The service was excellent! They got me in right away. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Price absolutely couldn't be beat! Thank You guys. A loyal customer for ever

Oil change completed in minutes, techs were super super friendly. I have never, ever had anyone change my oil besides myself, since I started driving in 2009. I thought this would be a neat opportunity to give one of these quick go oil shops a shot and for someone that is, on a time crunch, et cetera, it is perfect!

This was the first time anyone has ever changed the oil on my vehicle. Besides myself since 2009 and I will admit this is a very fast efficient way to have a quick service on your car all the techs in the shop were very very, very, friendly there. Was an overall great atmosphere!!

CG and his team do a phenomenal job 150% every time they have fixed my exhaust on 2 different cars for me just pulling in no appt changing oil by the time ur done having a friendly short conversation the oil an car check are done an u didn’t even know they were doing it! This is a fantastic team they all wok a flow perfectly together! I do not take my car anywhere without goin to them first an if they can’t do it they will recommend who can! Great job guys!

Extremely friendly staff, and they answer all your questions with definite answers. My transmission gave me a scare so I took it to the Jiffy in Richmond. They got a game plan together and allowed me to drop my truck off at the lot before work one morning. Expecting the worst, financially and mechanically, I was greeted at the door with a smile and they advised it wasn’t bad as expected and just charged to service my transmission knocking off over half of what estimated cost was going to be. Honesty goes a long way and they’ve got my keys from this point on whenever I need work done in my truck. Forever grateful!!!
