My 2014 gmc truck was hit on the passenger side and I was referred to spurrier by state farm. Body work is already falling out after a little over 1 year and when I talked to Jeff about the lifetime guarantee he ran me around in circles. I was told a new door skin was put on but after asking him again he lied and said that the body work was fixed and no skin was put on. He also told me I would have to give him more money to fix his screw up even though he was paid $5500 for the work he done. He also ordered a new fender flair for the rear passenger side and he never came thru on it. He told me it was my job to contact him over the matter when he told me he would get ahold of me. I called Spurriers Auto last week to inquire about if they could look at my car after scratching it from rubbing against a light pole and he said sure, just come on in and we can take a look at it and possibly buff it out. So I came in the next day, I have never been there before so I didn’t know what to expect but I was greeted promptly very nice and asked if I was the one that called yesterday about looking at my car after scratching it? I said yep that’s me if he wouldn’t mind coming out to see if he could get the black paint off my blue car so my husband doesn’t find out. It was very cold out but he told me to stay inside and it took him like a minute to buff it out and looked like it had never happened lol I was super excited and very thankful he could do it!! I went in to this body shop for an emergency problem with my car. Jeff fixed it temporarily for me so I could get home. I was picking up a family member who was being released from the hospital. He was so kind and thoughtful to my situation. He could only "wing it" because it will have to be fixed by a body shop. Unfortunately, he is booked up until April 2024. Or he would have definitely gotten my business. Being booked up until that time frame, the guy must be good and in high demand. I appreciate his help and kindness more than I could ever express. He wouldn't charge me anything for his work. He just told "to tell everyone he is a nice guy." He is!! Thank you again Jeff! I would recommend him to anyone. These kind people are hard to find in these time.
