Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Behavior at James I’ve been a loyal and reliable customer for over five years, regularly using your services for my personal and business needs. However, my experience on Sunday, July 6, 2025, was extremely disappointing and left me feeling disrespected. I arrived at your location at 4:50 PM, well before the posted closing time of 5 PM. The gates were open, and I followed the signs to park my car. To my surprise, a man named James approached me and informed me that the facility was closed for the day, asking me to return another time. Before I could even speak up or inquire further, he turned back to the waiting area. I want to give ZERO STARS! Went in for routine oil change after traveling long distance in my 22 outback. Technician was rude and treated me as if I had broken my car! It was a couple hundred past oil change- I had been traveling! First of all I’m paying you to do a service not lecture me! Second be nice and respectful. Young disrespectful kids running this place. No thanks Won’t be back and neither will my husband with his 23 F350 or my daughter with her Crosstrex. Three very reliable customers gone! Rude is all I can say to this place.

Was here a month ago by chance to see if I could get some help with figuring out where my cooling system was losing fluid. The guys were great, took my car in and found the leak fairly quickly. They even gave me a quote on the spot to fix it, but I wasn't ready to do that at the time. Came back today for an oil change because of that experience, and also because I had a coupon. The guys I dealt with were polite and professional. I was in and out within 15 minutes. No complaints.
