Terrible experience..I was the first customer waiting to get in ( 730 am) was waiting right in front of a bay door they were apparently weren't going to use that day..so they opened the other 2 and waved in 4 customers in front of me..and didnt bother to tell me.. I was there a total of 2.5 hours by the time i left. On the way out I asked to confirm they reset the oil timer..said they did..but they didnt. Also..this shop does not report services to carfax. They didnt seem to know that when I asked. I never leave bad reviews. But I feel this is important due the stakes of not being thorough with somebody's car. Im not confident my wheels have been properly tourgued.. so I'll be going to another shop to confirm my work was done right.

Jiffy Lube’s advantage was also that they were cheaper, convenient, and faster (hence the name) and that made them better than your dealer. But that was 40+ years ago - no more. When it takes just about 2 hours to get a simple oil change (midweek, mid morning) at a non peak time, and the price goes up $90 from the same EXACT service from just 13 months ago, why would I ever return. You have made my dealer cheaper and more convenient. I’d say “see you next time,” but that is untrue - I’ll be at my VW dealer. Good luck.

I arrived for an oil change and was in and out in Jiffy. Fast, clean and even reset my oil life indicator. Nicole A, treated me like family such a nice lady. I definitely recommend their service.

Pulled right up to the bay. The guy came out so quick and ask what we doing today! We cracked some jokes and they got my inspection done so fast! AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL service all around from every single person working!!

Waited 2.5 hours in line with just 8 cars in front of me (they do 2-4 cars at a time) No pricing was discussed or visible anywhere, and I luckily overheard them charging a guy $120 for an oil change AFTER his military discount. I asked them to stop and was treated with hostility at the front counter. Thankfully the manager in the shop was able to de-escalate and get me a better price with reduced services and a coupon. The people sitting in this place taking that price on the chin need to go to an actual mechanic or do their own change and compare cost and time spent. The wait alone feels like they should have offered me the change at-cost. I now have no confidence that this work will be done well, and I needed to be on the road an hour ago.
