I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. Every team member was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially to my child, which I really appreciated. The whole visit felt smooth, respectful, and stress-free. The general manager, Cornel, was an excellent communicator—clear, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can tell this location values good customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

IT'S VERY RARE TO GET THIS QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place takes great care of you. All the technicians and the managers are incredibly professional, friendly, and skilled at what they do. I had an issue from another place in town that did not tighten my oil filter correctly, so it was leaking everywhere. I was prepared to pay for a fresh oil change. Instead, they got under the vehicle, tightened the filter, cleaned off the oil, and topped it of with a quart of oil. They charged me nothing. If you ever feel like customer service is a thing of the past, this place will change your mind. Thanks to the crew at Jiffy Lube in Sierra Vista.

I got in around 2 pm and they had my oil change done within 15 minutes. Cornel has great customer service and definitely seems to love what he's doing. I appreciate the attentiveness and explanations provided. Jayda, Mike and Darius worked on my car and did a great job.

Great service, friendly, competent management and staff, reasonably priced (with $10 discount coupon available online). As an older woman, I appreciated that there was no "upselling" of unrequested or unnecessary products or services. I also appreciated that I was spoken to respectfully and my questions were answered accurately and responsibly. I even got a report on my vehicle's condition. Overall, my oil change was a positive, surprisingly pain-free experience, and I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. YAY! I'll use JiffyLube on Fry Blvd. in Sierra Vista in the future and recommend them to family and friends. Try them for yourself and I think you'll agree.
