Jiffy Lube

This place needs to be shut down! But now are going to be investigated thoroughly! I went in for a oil change yesterday after I was bought a gift certificate as a gift through Groupon. They try to force u to pay for services you didn’t ask for they said that I had to pay more money on top of the gift certificate and my car started shaking as soon as they were done they tried to give me a 25$ discount my car is still shaking and sounds like it’s going to shut off, my car has only 70,000 miles and we’ll taking care of. they oil they used seems to be used oil the oil is black, when my oil since was yellow when I went to get a oil change (as I go regularly) and checked my levels before the oil change I’m waiting on a diagnostic and to sue this place! I was told this place is being investigated

Had a great experience at the Boston Rd Springfield Jiffy Lube. I was greeted right away and got into the shop just moments later (always good when the "to do" list for the day is long!). The attendants were efficient and got the oil change done quickly as well as the other complimentary checks.. other fluids (topped off if needed), tire pressure check and windshield wiper check. Staff, especially Kenny, the initial greeter, was great...very qualified and professional and all worked well together. A very positive shop for the company, and well worth the little drive to get there; reasonably priced, very efficient and quick, and STILL friendly! Thank you.

They were amazing, we got there as they were about to close and still proceeded to give phenomenal service. Highly recommend! Best jiffy lube location I’ve been to.

Went to get an oil change paid over $105 the technician fail to tell me I had an oil leak in my gasket. Pay all that money for an oil change and they can not even tell you that you have a leak when prior your car did not even have a leak . A day or two after your oil change suddenly my car smells burning oil. I no longer will go back to this place again .

I can't recommend the Jiffy Lube on Boston Rd. enough. All the guys there are super helpful. Kenny greets each customer like family, Joey was honest about the servicing and pricing. And Joaquin took no time to fix the issues. These guys know their craft.
