Rocky is a super honest and friendly manager at this Jiffy Lube and is taking care of my car, not the oil change. He didn't try to sell me on the synthetic oil which was double the price of the conventional. And he's fixing my skid plate.

An oil change is just an oil change. You need to do it to make your car function mechanically well. But, here at the Warminster Jiffy Lube the service was exceptional and above and beyond expectations for what one needs for their vehicle service. The store's manager in Warminster is Rocky. A fine gentleman who provided quality service with a smile that was just more than bringing your car in to get the oil changed. Rocky intends to improve the store's ability to ensure the service is always quality. The team members that serviced my vehicle were both skillful and knowledgeable, and completed the basic task of certifying that my car was properly lubed. I appreciated the banter with everyone, and the efforts of their expert elbow grease.

Shout-out to Rocky for a great oil change experience! He was friendly, fast, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend him.

They were very quick to change the oil. No hassle. My only complaint would be that I went to get a full synthetic oil change, I presented a $25 off coupon to them that was valid until December 7th from their own website for any synthetic oil change and they would not take it. They didn't even verify the due date before saying no. They told me they could only do the $15 off any oil change from their website even though the due date was exactly the same Dec 7th due date as the $25 off any synthetic oil change from their own website. It's only Dec 2nd right now.
