Called and asked about an oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Corolla hybrid. I was told it would be $55 for synthetic. Great. Come in and I’m told it’s actually $80. Then they tried to charge me $40 for a $20 cabin air filter replacement. Replaced it myself, took 5 minutes. Will not be going back.

I gave this shop also a chance because I wanted to try to help myself.shops are starting to be known as not doing their jobs. Cars don't stay running. Fix one part, always another excuse of why another part goes. Car just can't stay running it's always one thing after another. It's not the car's fault . Please do better quality work for the money we pay next time. Now watch I'll probably be giving a hard time about this as well

This service center corrected the damage done by quick oil change shop in Tewksbury. I will never go somewhere else. They also did an excellent brake job and all wheels alignment. Jim Boudreau's Automotive Service Center is the best car service center in Tewksbury and in Wilmington.

Over charged my mother for an alternator. More recently she goes to get her brakes checked, does not check the break fluid and does not fix anything. Replaces the battery instead for no reason and charges $120 for labor. This man is not honest and will take advantage of you if you don't know any better.
