Went in today and needed some help identifying parts. Brandon was amazing, he went out of his way to help with a friendly attitude and got everything I needed ordered.

Purchased a new Maverick with zero hastle and straight to business dealer. Nik Andrews one of the best in the business. Customer service and support was impeccable and this man needs a raise. Great financial team and all around warm and friendly dealership 👍 def recommend

Wanted to share how professional and responsive the parts dept. was to help handle a parts order I had placed with Ford Accessories online. While all the staff were helpful, the Asst. Parts Manager (Alan Sloan) especially went above and beyond to be a customer advocate with Ford corporate when there was an issue with my order. Alan really put himself in my shoes and I couldn't have resolved the issue without his mediation. Aside from that, Alan regularly contacted me to keep me updated of parts status and listened to my concerns. The best service I've received at any dealership, ever.

They didn't start working on it until 20 minutes after I arrived for my appointment and was there 1.5 hours for oil change, but I brought a book to read so it was fine. I do like how you can check electronically for updates regarding how long. Also the lady at the counter was friendly and quick.

I've been getting my car serviced here for about 2 years. Overall, the service is good; they are thorough and are good about advising me of upcoming services I will need (brakes, filters, etc.) without being pushy or trying to upsell me. I drive a lot for work and I feel confident that my car will run well after they take care of it.
