Jim Dean's Off Road Center

My original review didn't do this shop justice....I've been to way too many shops & "dealerships " throughout my life & heard the term "techs" thrown around & i am sick & tired of it....most are simply parts changers & there's nothing wrong with that except when it's fix your vehicle time....dealerships have mechanics, Jim Dean off road center has knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest technicians. They do whatever it takes to figure out the problem if necessary & if they can't fix it they'll be honest about it & not just push you off. If you want to feel comfortable bringing your vehicle without getting robbed I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jim Deans!

First off they are very nice people, but..........Took my truck there after throwing in a coilover lift (which I did myself) for an alignment, took 2 days for them to get it done and when I got it back it was much worse than when I brought it in. should have questioned it when the tech said he didn't have a print out for me. When I brought it in I had no rub whatsoever and it drover straight, afterwards my driver side tire rubbed terribly and the truck was all over the road. If I let me hand off the wheel it would steer into oncoming traffic, if held the wheel straight it would steer left even harder. Went to another shop and they got it sorted out no problem, from the print out the 2nd shop gave me I saw how badly the caster had been adjusted whiched explained why I was all over the road.

Excellent business. They're all family and we really trust them, which is so rare these days. Thank you to the owners and workers for always being polite, kind, trustworthy, and professional. They're not only genuinely nice people, they actually know what they're doing!

Best place to get your truck or whatever lifted. Huge rim inventory. And did good.

called for alignment on my F-150 after i installed a 2” front level kit. I was given a timely appointment and staff were knowledgeable and polite and did a great job! Thank you !!!
