Came in Thursday night looking for a specific car. We were met with Gary in the parking lot, who walked up to us and introduced himself and brought us inside. We had just came from a different dealership who made us feel very uncomfortable and acted very stuck up. We were already drained from that appointment but decided to give Jim Shorkey a try.
