Scott at the commercial service center was my service advisor. I had several service items I wanted to have done on my 8 year old Ram 2500. Scott was very good to deal with and did everything he could to make it a convenient experience. Scott's candid advice saved me some money and they did a great job on the things I needed.

It took awhile to complete the repairs but it was understandable and I did get a loaner so they covered me. The service folks wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and I appreciate that. I have no complaints and will continue having Shorkey service my truck.

I’ve been dealing with Shorkey service dept for well over 12 years now nothing but professionals all around. I wait in waiting room which is always clean and stocked with coffee and water. Always a great experience very fast and professional and they wash your car!

Stay away. Bought a warranty with the used car i bought. Absolutely worst service i have ever experienced. I bought a cadillac off them. Took back for service and was told they cant fix it. I have to drive out to the chevy store to get it fixed. Long story short i had to take my car to a cadillac dealer and pay to have it fixed. I will never ever buy anything off of this dealership ever again nor recommend it to anyone. To this day they still will not do anything for me.
