These guys provided great customer service and quality work despite me being a walk in. They very busy and I offered to schedule for another day but they said they could still get it done. I went to the grocery store in the plaza to grab some items and they were done by the time I got back. The waiting area is also very clean and the chairs are very comfortable.

If you value the parts you already have on your vehicle, do not bring it to this Pep Boys. I bought 4 tires from them at the beginning of December 2025. Pep Boys lost 1 of my hubcaps during the process. When I told the salesman, he walked out into the shop for not even 2 minutes and then walked back in and told me they didn't have it. That's it, nothing else, no offer to replace it....nothing. I contacted corporate Pep Boys and was told the salesman offered to replace the hubcap, which is a lie. I still haven't gotten the hubcap replaced and contacted the BBB about this as well. Now, Pep Boys is telling/lying to the BBB, saying the hubcap was missing before I came in. This place was great gave them work and had them service my work vehicles and that ends today. First alignment got done, and then two days later was pulling hard to the right due to a control arm bolt that was not properly tightened. I again went back got the alignment done a second time and the same thing happened to a control arm bolt not being properly tightened, and it started pulling again. They then proceeded to tell me that second time that they are unable to do it because my tires are too low and tread yet they were able to do it. No questions asked the first time. Btw the tire treads were all 4 to 3 32nds but still an alignment can be done. That’s the first vehicle. I have been going to this location for a few years, I typically only get my oil changed and my inspection and other small things that need to be done for my car to pass inspection because I can get tires for cheaper somewhere else and haven’t had any big issues needing to be fixed on my car. The last time I took my car to get my oil changed I was quoted about $600.00 to get my oil changed, cabin and air filters changed, my front passenger light replaced and my oil valve cap replaced, the oil valve cap alone would have been $230.00. I declined everything except for the oil change and was told that it would be fine for now but would not pass inspection and that I would smell burning oil from it leaking onto the engine. I ended up taking it to another shop the next time I needed my oil change

Went in for an inspection after placing my appointment online the day before. Was informed that they actually are fully booked and the online registry doesn’t update fast enough and fills in appointments that are already booked. But the manager, Ronnie, insured me that he would get me in and take care of the inspection and emissions in no time. I had to replace a running light which was a few bucks and then I was good to go. Had me in and out in an hr and a half with an 8 am appointment time. Not too shabby
