If you’re in the market for a used car, we HIGHLY recommend Jim Trenary & asking for Vaughn! It was hands down the best dealership experience we have had. Vaughn was so personable, easygoing, & patient (we had our kiddos with us so this was amazing!) Jason in the finance department was great as well!

Bait and switch tactics. I would give zero stars if I could. This dealership completely wasted our time and handled the situation with an unbelievable lack of professionalism. We drove several hours based on a very specific vehicle listing they told us was available at their location. We even called to confirm before making the trip. When we arrived, we were told the car wasn’t there—it was actually 45 minutes away, back in the direction we had just come from. This was a textbook bait and switch. We were clearly upset, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff offered zero apology and tried to make excuses. Danger. Wanted to purchase a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback, but the sales manager would not answer questions honestly regarding the vehicles history. The sales manager got very loud and angry after I called him out on a false statement, and he told me "this car isn't for you." Be careful and informed. As you can see by the response the dealership is very defensive. I will explain: The sales consultant was amazing and professional. I at no time drove erratically, I specifically asked the consultant for an open area where I could perform a couple low speed figure eights to test the front suspension. I was looking for a used car for my son, Jason Johns was the sales guy that helped me. He made it super easy, He was able to give me many options and Justin the manager also helped the process go super quick and painless. Big shout out to the best team of people I have ever worked with!

Scheduled an appointment to view a truck. The sales member started helping other customers after him and I met. After waiting, he tells me the truck that I scheduled the appointment with him to look at is not on the lot and that it's getting detailed. Waste of my time.
