Very disappointing differential service. The price was good, but only to be told after the fact that something additional had to be done that they couldn't do. Directed to a dealership who could not confirm anything he said. Owner said, it drives quiet (made a church reference ) well, with some tightness and squeaking. IT SOUNDS HORRIBLE and truly is difficult to turn or put in reverse. Beware, would never go here again. To top it off, condescending and disrespectful when I brought to his attention. Very unfortunate and sad experience.

Great service, and the nicest couple. We broke down on I-70 and with a guess, picked this shop. Jimmy and wife are amazing people and helped us out quickly and for a great price. Highly recommend this shop. If it wasn’t 3.5 hours from Omaha, I would bring all my cars to Jimmy, haha.

Wow! Exceptional service and kind people (cute dogs too)! So appreciative of their knowledge and skills. They stayed late on a Friday evening to repair our car so our family could get back on the road! Would definitely make this our go to shop for car repairs (if we just didn’t live so far away)! Happened upon this shop on a roadtrip with the family on a VERY hot July day. Hours from home, hours from our destination, they got us in and out quickly. Jimmy was helpful and transparent, explaining all the steps he took to fix the A/C. Shoutout to the beautiful doggo, Riley.

I was driving towards home on I 70 when all of a sudden I saw the engine overheat warning light come on. I was close to that truck parking area by Odessa so I pulled in there. I checked under the hood to see what I could see. There was a lot of stuff sprayed under my hood so I knew I had a serious leak, but I thought I could make it another mile. I had some spare water in the car so I filled up the radiator reservoir as best I could and tried to go the next mile to get to Odessa. I got to Odessa, and pulled over at the gas station right as the overheating warning went off again.
