The Shop at Randy's LLC

Randy's Shop works to get you in the day of, for diagnostics at no charge. They diagnosed 2 oil leaks (which were missed previously at a dealership in town). They were honest and let us know which one they were capable/comfortable with fixing. They had my car completed and ready to go within 1.5 days, as this was a leak they hadn't previously had to fix on any other F-150 and they were squeezing us in among all the other vehicles they were working on. The price was more than fair for parts and labor. I just really appreciate their kindness, honesty, and hardwork. I feel like it's hard to find that type of honesty anymore when it comes to taking your car to the shop, and not trying to sell you on things you don't need. The Shop at Randy's has worked on my car several times, everything from a basic oil change to figuring out why my Fusion sounds like an old diesel tractor. Each time they've been able to get my car back up and running in record time, and at a reasonable rate. They are excellent at communicating what issues they've found and letting me know the options I have to get it back on the road. Every person I've talked to has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient with me and I will continue to take all my future cars to them.

Stopped in to get an alignment. They evaluated and found another issue causing problems. They didn't charge me and provided me resources and pricing in order to get what I needed completed on my vehicle. I appreciate the good customer service and help in repairing my vehicle!

Small town shop that gives 5 ⭐️ service. Fixed my son car twice and both times professional service and super reasonable rates. My car wouldn't start Friday morning, had it towed it that morning and back to me that afternoon. Couldn't ask for better service!!!
