We had an exceptional experience with Jimmy’s Automotive and Recovery in Bedford, VA. After getting a flat tire on Route 460 in unsafe conditions, Alex arrived quickly, coordinated with a state trooper for safety, and transported our vehicle with care. At the shop, Jimmy took extra time—despite having another call—to attempt a difficult repair on a severely damaged tire. He was thorough, honest, and professional throughout. Alex went above and beyond to help us get safely back on the road ahead of an incoming snowstorm. His professionalism and customer-focused service is outstanding. Took my car in to get some check engine code looked at. They were pretty busy so I was asked if I could leave my car. I only live around the corner but Kelsey got someone from the shop to take me home. They worked my car in that day and diagnosed the problem. Got a call the next day all fixed and ready to go. This is my third time going to this shop. They are always fast ,fair priced, and always super nice. I would recommend them every time.

The got me in and out and fixed my car last minute, they even fixed it a day earlier that what they had originally scheduled, people were nice and friendly, I'd recommend this shop for you auto repair needs.
