My husband & I have been a customer of Jim’s for many years. Jim has always done exceptional work & his prices have always been ridiculously fair. Now that my husband is no longer alive, I appreciate Jim’s honesty all the more. When I picked up my car today, it looked like it had rolled straight out of a showroom! Thank you Jim for always being there & I pray that you continue for many more years to come😊

I’ve never met a more honest employee for anything car related. I brought my car to Jim’s after getting hit in a parking lot and he gave me a great price and fixed it up in less than a day. I will definitely go back for any future needs.

Unfortunately, my experience was not as others report. My car was in for body work 4/24 and as I was preparing to get it detailed, I was informed that the job was performed incorrectly. So I called Jim, and he promised he would fix it. Dropped off on 3/10, he said it had been completed for 2 days just lost my number. On 3/13 there was damage my automobile, discolored spot and chipped and they just painted over it. Again promised to fix it. 3/15, called Jim, he stated it's as good as he can get, questioned WHAT? "It's fine, he says. Arrive to pick-up my automobile- nothing, same damage and says,"I don't what to tell you", that's so disappointing that I have to take people to court instead of doing it right the first time. Very honorable people all of them, professional and honorable work, my car was smashed the whole driver side,and Jim's made it look better than when I drove off the lit when I purchased it, went above and beyond , it was declared totaled and I went to see Jim, and I am more than happy , and they did alit more than they said they were going to do, treated me like a human being , not like Balmville collision, thieves and nasty people at that place, Jim what more can I say, I will be forever grateful to you and your guys there, very polite workers as well, thank you for your honorable work and professional work, if anyone has work to be done, give Jim's a chance I guarantee you will love the experience, hats off guys I have a brand new car again....

Unfortunately, I had to use their services in January 2025. Suffice to say Bob is an awesome individual and Jim is an ace! I live out of the area but just from my and my wife's experience with their kindness and willingness to accommodate, these gentlemen and operation are a true asset to their community!
