Rockelle in Hyde Park is the best. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible. Plus he is passionate about his job and care for people;he gave me the best lecture on safety to make sure me and my family have a safe and long life while we are in this machine. Yes I said it machine! Keep your machine in good condition and it will never fail you.

This Mavis located on Albany Post Road in Hyde Park is absolutely amazing. Great customer service along with extended knowledge in every service they provide. I would like to specifically show appreciation to Damien. He went out of his way to explain the different services to me and was very knowledgeable and patient while doing so. Due to this great experience, I will be back for any other future services I need done to my vehicle. Awesome work !

Damian was very helpful at the main desk. He was able to give me good accurate timing on how long my wait would be. The service provider was able to explain the difference of full synthetic vs regular synthetic oil change. They also were able to let me know where I was as far as getting new brakes, which I was unsure of, they assured me I was in a good spot and could follow up in a few months depending on how much I drive. 10/10 service at Mavis Hyde park!

I made an appointment online yesterday for 1pm today for an alignment & tires via the website. I got a phone call a few minutes later asking to confirm the appointment, which I did. I received another call around 8am this morning, asking me to confirm the appointment, which I did, again. I arrived a few minutes before 1pm & checked my car in. I asked approximately how long the service would take & I was told about an hour and a half, but there were two jobs ahead of me. I'm not sure if those two jobs were appointments or walk-ins, but most would expect that someone with an appointment would have priority over a walk-in. I left & returned about 45 minutes later to see that my car had not moved from where I parked it. I waited another 30 minutes, then finally asked the person at the counter
