Mike at Jim’s Auto was awesome. I called on a couple of coworkers recommendations. So happy I did. He got my car in and out, fixed a massive oil leak. It’s running great. Affordable and local. Can’t beat it.

I can not stress enough how amazing Jim’s Auto Repair shop is here in Biddeford Maine. Friendly, competent, hardworking, and reliable are all words that come to mind for my most recent visit to this garage… and in the world of mechanics I can’t think of a better combination of words I’d want associated with a service. This was my second time ever going to the store, I was immediately recognized and greeted warmly. Not only did this catch me off guard, it was followed by yet again, extremely swift service, clear communication, and friendly banter. I urge anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and friendly mechanic to book with Jim’s Auto Shop. The services they’ve done for me cannot be understated. They are life (and car) savers.

Mike runs a great shop. He and his team are always professional, and go above and beyond to get your car back on the road as quickly as possible. It’s also refreshing as a woman to NOT be treated like I know nothing about my car. Thanks for everything you all do!
