I didnt get his name but he had his ears stretched and double peirced. He was super nice and very very careful with my car. Made sure she didnt scrape and secured her. Also came super quick. I dont think ill trust anyone else to tow my pontiac. Pretty affordable too. Thank you so much!!

David was the driver we didn’t know we needed. He was such great company on our two our drive back to Los Angeles. As two girls that were scared about the process he made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend the company and good price for the mileages covered

Jim's Towing was selected as the service to help my wife and daughter when our car overheated and broke down in the Grapevine during a wildfire last week. "Gonzo" was extremely responsive and even-tempered as he navigated his way to find them on the side of the road. He was courteous and calm, taking my wife and daughter and our car to a shop in Lebec, then driving them to a nearby Holiday Inn. I really appreciated his calm and friendly demeanor during a very stressful time and would recommend him and Jim's Towing if you have a need in and around Bakersfield!

If I could give this place a 6/5 I totally would! My car broke down on the side of the highway while I was traveling alone. The daylight hours were rapidly dwindling and I was sufficiently spooked. Frank arrived in under an hour, which was amazing because I broke down in the middle of nowhere. The service was very prompt and good, plus Frank was a super awesome guy!

My car was involved in an accident and Jim’s towing sent someone by the name of Zack. He was very polite and hooked faster than anyone I’ve ever seen before! He also kept his truck very clean which you don’t always see very often these days. Thanks for helping me out Jim’s towing and for the great prices!
