J&J Automotive

As I heard good things about J&J, I took my vehicle in because I needed an inspection, and I had a strange rubbing sound when I pressed on the brakes. I was expecting an answer that involved a brake job.....BUT.....what I didn't expect, was the honesty of the establishment, stating that my brakes were in excellent condition, and only needed a little lubrication to fix the rubbing noise. Excellent service, and I have now found a new mechanic....as I am new to the area!!!!

Was driving to OBX when my car had a tire pressure warning light come on. Used Google to find J&J and they had my car up on the rack in 10 minutes and my tire patched in another 20 minutes. The waiting room had a couple of couches and the service was very friendly. Under the circumstances, I am very happy with the service we received. I couldn't ask for anything more.

These people are about as honest and reasonably priced as you will find anywhere. Never had a problem with any of their work. We are loyal and perpetual customers of J&J.

Is there a zero star rating for tires? Poor troubleshooting skills and would not honor tire defects. Parted ways and they decided to take the customer service hit. Maybe a good place for oil changes. Would not recommend.
