Toyota of New Bern Service

The service here was top notch. Drive up to the door (which i didn't do this time, since it was my first time and I didn't know where to park), and they come out to greet you. I was having routine service, and it didn't take long at all. Jason was friendly and efficient. I relaxed with my book in their very comfy waiting room and I was in and out in about an hour. They brought my car up to the door for me also. I give them 10 out of 10!

Recommended 15K service was performed. Scott Tusing met me promptly upon arrival advised me that the shop was very busy and what my expected wait time could likely be. He kept me informed of the status throughout the process. Service was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and I was on my way. Scott was thorough and courteous. It was a pleasant experience.

I was dealing with such a hard situation. I didn’t think there was hope. This dealership went above and beyond and explaining and helping and just showing so much care. Particularly Sam and Robert. I’ve never seen a dealership takes such good care of a new customer. Thank you so much

Jason took the time to research all of my previous service records from another Toyota dealership, where I bought my vehicle. Jason explained all recommended services for today's visit, followed by asking if I would like to have any of the services performed today. I felt what he was suggesting was needed and that Jason wasn't "selling" me something that wasn't necessary. All recommended service was agreed upon during my visit. Jason was great to work with. I felt very confident having Jason as my service writer. Secondly, I would like to also say that the entire team was so nice. The facility was ex
