When we pulled in to our campsite in Beaufort we found that the left rear tire on our 5th wheel had fallen off somewhere along the way. The lug bolts had sheared off somewhere we couldn’t safely take it to a service shop and the mobile rv repair services we talked to didn’t do chassis work. Andrew at Protech Autoworks did. He was able to get the parts we needed and even matched our wheel and tire. He was out in just a few days and took care of it in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend anyone needing their vehicle repaired to contact ProTech! My alternator went out on a Sunday night. I called and left a message the next morning and got a callback with a quote in less than 30 mins. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. He was fair and transparent with his quote and had my truck back on the road the very same day! He will be my first call from here on out!

ANDREW IS HONEST, RELIABLE, REASONABLY PRICED AND COURTEOUS. I love having a mobile mechanic that can come to my home or my work and do whatever I need done to my car in a timely manner. I highly recommend and think everybody in the newborn area should use him. He also does have a shop for bigger jobs.
