The owner no showed me on selling tires.. made an agreement on the specific tire, price, place, time.. within one hour he completely ignored me and the shop was closed. 45+ minutes later the son showed up and said they lost those tires and offered me retail price on 4 year old Vietnamese tires. No apology or anything no care at all.. the listing he used to bait and switch scam me is still active on Facebook days later.. I see similar reviews there as well. Irresponsible business owners. I’d never trust them let alone buying a vehicle. Wasted two hours of my day so here we are.

Do not buy any tires or cars from this place! We have had a horrible experience here!!! We were called out to do a detail job for this company! I sent one of my techs out to do the job! But he left the job just slightly incomplete for Jose’s liking! I then told Jose I will come out and do it again for FREE! I went and did our service for free! Keep in mind Jose can’t afford our top package for detailing! So we gave him our basic package! Just a wipe done and a wash! Jose is expecting show room finish for only $130 inside and out!!!! Jose hires someone out and then picks every little detail that’s not good with the car! And complains about it and try’s to get free work off of people! This is not ok! Just bringing awareness!!

J&J is phenomenal! Instead of having hidden fees added at the last minute of a car purchase, they were very upfront with the price and all the fees, giving me an “out the door” cost of the car early on so I could figure out my budget. VERY impressive!

I’ve called and tried to get information on tires for a while now. I went with them because they are close by! But every time I call they either don’t answer or when they pick up they hang up on me. Because I have a speech impediment. Not professional!

My husband was gonna get a truck from here. Told them that he got a loan and get the truck next day. By that night they sold the truck and didn't even give him a chance. I was very upset they did this without saying anything. So if you have your eye on something here make sure you buy it that day or they might sell it.
