I have a Jaguar and maintenance is incredibly expensive through a dealer. My car needed a lot of things done to it ranging from an oil change to new tires to brakes. All of the issues would have easily cost me over $10k at a dealership. I had looked up 3 possible shops and JLS was my first call. From the moment I first spoke to Kyle, I knew I would not be calling the other two. I needed my car back asap so Kyle said he could squeeze me in on a day where he didn't really have the time. But, a customer service driven compassionate owner takes care of new and existing customers and that's what Kyle did for me. A squeeze-in for an oil change became a day-long affair and he found AND fixed in the SAME DAY over 10 different issues with my car that would have caused permanent, extensive dam
friendly and efficient guys there. get my tire fixed quickly and charged me very reasonable price. No wonder they get 5 stars from all the reviews!
Amazing shop. The service here is incredibly thorough and full of honesty. I had a multitude of underlying issues with my Honda Fit and Kyle’s team were able to get me an appointment two days after I contacted them and take care of all of my concerns in the same day. They made the process as easy as possible, offering a ride to my work. After assessing the work, Kyle contacted me and went over every concern and suggested how to move forward, and I appreciated the level of care and detail during that process. The prices are fair and the work is of the highest caliber - my car has felt brand new from the moment I left. Kyle, Mike, and James were all a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again.
