I am from out of town and my car had an issue. I went to google and yelp to find a place to get my car repaired. On both platforms Paul Campanella's Auto Center came up with high marks on reviews. I read through some of them and they all stated the transparency on the issue was very clear (no games). Also the quality of work was top tier. So I chose a location, they diagnosed my car to a T, along with some recommendations. I told them what I wanted completed, no hassle, they just got the work done properly snd efficiently. I appreciate the reviews and I appreciate the service!!!

I brought my older Civic in for an inspection and was thoroughly impressed with the transparency here. They provided a detailed report that broke down exactly what needed immediate attention versus what could wait, including a full line-item breakdown for parts and labor. The team was friendly and even went the extra mile by giving me a lift to my office nearby.

PLEASE READ SO YOU WONT MAKE A MISTAKE. Just want to give my experience with all honesty. After the first call about an OIL CHANGE I felt that I could trust them. They make you feel welcomed and offer you shuttle service. Anyways once I got there I told them about some issues I was having other than the “oil change”. (DO NOT DO THIS) Joe went on and asked questions which made me talk myself in a “ DIAGNOSIS” ($200+) just to look into your issue. HE WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT WILL BE PERFORMED OR THE PRICE IT IS (YOU HAVE TO ASK) BUT WILL SAY “ILL LOOK INTO IT TO SEE”. W/ oil change and diagnosis you will be $315-$350 in the hole! That’s there up-charge to get a guaranteed $300 so do not say you want other things looked at during your oil change unless you really need to or willing to pay for

The technicians were really kind and professional. On my way to work, my tire pressure light came on because of the cold weather. I immediately drove to the closest shop, and they helped me right away without charging me a penny. I really appreciate their quick and honest service. Highly recommend!

I called Campanella's regarding an issue with my cars' immobilizer. I knew what the problem was due to a warning light on the display; however, the solution was not something that I could readily fix. I informed them that no diagnostic codes came up when used a diagnostic meter. I asked if this was a repair they could handle or if I should go directly to the dealer. He assured me they could fix it and so i had my car towed the 28th street location. They informed me that they would also run a diagnostic and follow up with me regarding what would be necessary to repair it. I'm now in for $350. (diagnostic and tow) and was told that replacing the starter would fix it. I already bought a new battery and also purchased a starter as I knew it could possibly be the issue.
