The service is great!!! My car broken down on the highway(the location is very dangerous) on the holiday. The driver showed up in 10 minutes and help me to tow my car to the auto shop in Dover. After that, he also offered a ride for me and my two young kids to my friend’s house. He is a very nice, hard working person. The service price is great too! Highly recommended 👍

Did an awesome job. He went above and beyond to help us make this move happen with no problems or issues at all. Very polite and nice. Very helpful. Answered all my questions. The other tow companies I called wanted double his price. I will definitely be using them for future work.

Had the worst morning ever, and he was truly a light in the dark! Showed up quickly, gave me a VERY reasonable tow rate, and even helped me install my son's car seat and held him while I did that. He even assured me not to cry while I was sobbing haha. You can tell he cares so much about people and isn't just out to make a quick buck. I am so happy I went with MID towing on such an awful morning!!!! Thank you so much!!
