The Short Story: Over two weeks waiting to pay $545 cash for a 6 foot wire only for my horn to fail before I got home. The long story is I made an appointment in early December to have my horn fixed. Dropped of my 4Runner first week of January at the shop. They called the next day with a "solution", the clock spring. I had shared all the info when I first called but shared again, fuse and relay were known working items, clock spring was new from Toyota. I asked they check the continuity from the box to the horn as the everything up to the box was working. I waited a week with no info, called and they said they hadn't got it in. Called a few days later to check in and they hadn't gotten to it. Get a call the next week that they had "swapped the fuse box" but no horn. I asked again if th

Left my LX470 sitting for 2 weeks after scheduling a month ahead to have my lift kit installed. This is the second issue I’ve had with this place, the first was misdiagnosing a head gasket leak on my T100 that ended up costing me $300 and later a motor. Stay away. I don’t see how they have all these great reviews, consistently bad .

Went in to have my 2021 RAV4 looked at after receiving a laundry list of things that the dealership claimed needed fixed (brake pads/rotors, drive belt replacement, throttle body cleaning, injector cleaning service, etc). Owner was very transparent with me that nothing needed to be fixed and didn't charge me for checking everything over. I'll definitely be back for future services.

The minutes is shop have done phenomenal in bringing my two Toyotas back to life. They have performed various services on these old cars ranging from timing belt water pump replacements, recharging the air conditioning, replacing the distributor, and the CV axles. Thanks to them, my Toyotas are mechanically fit for the road and I have total confidence in driving these cars. Oh What a Feeling!

What a great experience! I have an older Toyota truck with a check engine light on. It was a sensor getting a bad signal. They did a trouble shoot and repair. The big plus was the communication and updates on the repair status. Thanks!
