JMJ Automotive & Express Lube

Just had my first experience with JMJ. By far the best auto shop I’ve used. Very easy to get ahold of, scheduled me in for the next day. I was able to get my front brakes/rotors and car inspected in just a couple of hours. They kept me updated with everything. Very fair pricing as well. Not to mention the customer service was great, very clean in the waiting area and overall very pleased with my experience. I have zero complaints or concerns! Thanks JMJ!

Used them years ago but have been going to another shop, can be pricey depending on the job but very honest and nice people. Used them Again recently with my girlfriend's car and got super nice tires at a good price. Will be back!

I've seen that other Groupon customers have had negative things to say, but my experience was good. I scheduled for first thing in the morning and waited just under an hour for state & emissions tests, and a full synthetic oil change to be completed. Prices were competitive, especially for a locally owned shop. Thorough, clean, professional, and timely. I can't be mad at that.

What a great first experience! I needed work done on my car and called around a dozen of places to see who could help me as quickly as possible. Everyone I spoke to tried to sell me more than I needed without even seeing the car! Then I called here! They were so kind and honest from the very beginning. Never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need and got me done the next day! I am so happy to have found them and will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on! Thank you guys! Finding an honest mechanic and shop is not easy!

I won’t be coming back here. The service itself was fine, but the way they handle Groupon is extremely disappointing. They don’t allow you to use the Groupon more than once, which I wasn’t made aware of by them until after - I drove out of my way to come here cause I’m not remotely close to them. Instead of being understanding, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. I ended up paying their overpriced rates on top of losing the money I had already spent on Groupon, since Groupon only issues credit and not refunds. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
